Billing starts when the instance status changes to Running. Each complete 24-hour period counts as one day. Resources are still billed while the instance is powered off but not released. Daily purchases are one-time charges with no auto-renewal.
Monthly / Quarterly Subscription Details
Subscriptions are auto-renewed before expiry. Cancel anytime from the console — no further charges after cancellation. Quarterly plans enjoy deeper discounts, ideal for long-term stable usage.

We accept international credit cards (Visa / Mastercard), Stripe, and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, etc.). All transactions are billed in US dollars (USD).
Refund Policy
A full refund is available if instance provisioning fails or an SLA breach occurs. Refunds are not available for normal usage — please review your plan carefully before ordering.

To switch plans, provision a new instance and migrate your data manually. Charges stop automatically once the old instance is released. In-place live migration is not supported.
